Find a good location because the ball will bounce in different directions when you miss. And you must retrieve your own shots (no help allowed)
You can use any type of backstop or sidestop to keep your missed shots in your court (e.g. walls, fences, trashcans, chairs, etc.)
Make sure to have a good phone connection and a camera person to keep time
We suggest using the sandbag & pillow combination for the bucket weights (click here to watch video)
Set the buckets 17' apart (measure from the front of the buckets)
Players must shoot from behind the bucket
Players have 60 seconds to see how many shots they can make in the opposite bucket
Players must alternate sides after every shot
Coin toss determines who goes first
Matches are played "LIVE" on the players' Instagram "LIVE" stream
Format is 3 out of 5 rounds wins the match
In each round, players take turns taking the challenge (1 will watch & 1 will take the challenge)
In the event of a tied round, each player has 1 shot to make it in the bucket to win that round. If still a tie, players continue the shoot out. Each player has the same amount of attempts.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to make sure your phone is in portrait position when filming (not landscape)
Take the video at an angle so that both buckets are showing
Download the brackets to keep track of times & match ups (download at giantpong.net/schedule)
MOST IMPORTANTLY, have your connection, court, camera person, and timer ready before you go "LIVE" on Instagram
